Grape harvest chosen in the vineyard. The two types are vinificated separately with a maceration that varies from 10 to 18 days. After the alcoholic fermentation of approximately four months, comes the blending and bottling.
Ruby red and complex of mature cherries, delicately spicy. It presents a good structure with soft tannins, balance and a fruity persistence. Vinificated in stainless-steel after an accurate selection of the grape bunches. Perfect with red and roasted meats.
