Particularly chosen grape harvest in the vineyard. The two types of grapes are vinificated separately with macerations that vary from 12 to 18 days with a temperature cycle starting from 12°C and ending under 25°C. After the alcoholic fermentation of approximately six months comes the blending which continues its maturation in stainless-steel tanks. After 12 months the procedure continues with the bottling.
Atina D.O.C. is a bodied wine with a great personality, of a red ruby colour, transparent and robust, it has an intense perfume, is fragrant and enchanting at the same time. Well balanced, with perfectly responding taste-smell sensations, with a slightly almond-flavoured finale and good persistence.
Vinificated in stainless-steel, because of its organoleptic characteristics it marries well with game and seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature 16/18° C
