Particularly chosen native grape harvest in the vineyard. Once pressed and destemmed, they are sent directly to the pneumatic press. From the press we only select the must which is then passed to cold sedimentation for 48 hours. Once the controlled fermentation is over, at approximately 14°C for 15 days averagely it is kept in stainless-steel tanks. After a few months we proceed to bottling.
Of a yellow straw colour, it offers sweet scents of tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus. Bodied, it balances the perfect ratio between freshness, softness and savouriness; slightly almond-flavoured finale. Marries well with fish and vegetables. The bottle should always be kept cool.
